This online course is organized into 4 modules to be consumed and implemented over four weeks. I recommend you do one module a week.
This course is designed for you to get things done, and by the end of Module 4 you will have implemented your unique system for building and leading a thriving team that gets extraordinary results.
Each training module gives you lessons related to implementing one of the four steps of the system for building and leading a thriving team.
You will be encouraged, supported, and held accountable on this 4-week journey by me and your fellow workshop participants. We do this on a Facebook group exclusive to you and the other participants. You can also email me as needed and I’ll provide on demand email support.
